Our rubber plant based in Bury St. Edmunds is where our belts for the recycling industry are manufactured. We stock, vulcanise and hot mould cleats and chevron patterns onto the belts and can supply endless or with mechanical fasteners.
We supply for original equipment manufacturers in the waste management industry and end users. We supply and manufacture belts for material separators, optical sorting machines and overband magnets, waste shredders and PVC, PU and PVG belts for eddy current separators. The belts we supply are tear-resistant and abrasion resistant and fabricated to suit the various demands of the recycling and waste processing industries.
The rubber belts we supply contain an elasticated rubber compound, abrasion resistant with minimum stretch and low elongation under maximum stress.
We integrally mould the chevron patterns into the rubber-cleated belts that are fitted to grinders, shredders and crushers. Ideal for high capacity conveyance.
We have worked with hundreds of OEMs in the recycling industry for a number of years, and supplied our belts to resource and waste management companies across the country, as well as other belting companies that require specific parts we hold in stock.
