Waste movement is both an environmental responsibility and a transport operation. Yet many businesses still manage these connected obligations through separate spreadsheets, disconnected systems & repeated manual entry.
NEXXAA brings them together within one intelligent compliance platform.
Founded by Chris Kehoe, NEXXAA draws on almost 30 years of practical experience across transport, logistics, waste operations and regulatory compliance. The platform helps operators identify what needs attention, maintain stronger evidence and make compliance part of everyday operations.
NEXXAA provides dedicated platforms for Fleet, Waste, Driver and Licence management, connected through central oversight and reporting. Together, they support operator-licence controls, vehicle maintenance, driver checks, environmental permits, EWC classification, waste movements, site-capacity monitoring, compliance deadlines and evidence management.
A major area of development is digital waste tracking. NEXXAA has completed API testing for its integration with Defra’s test service, including successful receipt submissions. Production access remains subject to Defra approval. Successful testing demonstrates that the platform can communicate with the test environment, but it does not represent government endorsement or final production approval.
NEXXAA Ltd and Envirologistics Consulting Ltd were both founded by Chris Kehoe. Envirologistics is already a DVSA Earned Recognition authorised audit provider for HGV and PSV operators. This recognised auditing experience has helped shape NEXXAA’s approach to evidence, continuous monitoring and practical compliance controls.
The next stage is for NEXXAA to pursue formal validation as a DVSA Earned Recognition IT systems provider, initially for its fleet-maintenance technology. NEXXAA will describe its software as DVSA validated only after completing the formal assessment and approval process.
Compliance failures rarely begin with one dramatic event. They usually develop through missing records, overdue actions, fragmented information or unclear responsibilities. NEXXAA is designed to make those risks visible earlier so operators can respond effectively and demonstrate the controls they have in place.
Its guiding principle is simple: transport and waste should not be managed as isolated compliance disciplines when they are operationally part of the same journey.
One platform. Connected compliance.
